Exploring the beautiful Lake Mutirikwi, Zimbabwe
Lake Mutirikwi formerly known as Lake kyle is situated in Southeast of Masvingo, Zimbabwe. It serves as another fish hub amongst the many others in Zimbabwe and is ideal for all those who seek to enjoy nature and indulge in a fishing escapade. Apparently, the lake is the largest man crafted lake in Zimbabwe consisting of over 21 different species of fish, looks like we have a whole buffet here. The Lakeshore also provides room for picnics as it has expansive park areas which are clothed with blossoming nature, so you can bring a cooler box and some munchies to have a full outdoor picnic experience with your family or loved ones.

top, after an exploration of the Lake, one can also venture into the Mutirikwi
Recreational Park, which is in the close vicinity of the Lake, this park offers
a range of activities. The park is the inhabitant of over 25 species of wild
animals with the notable mentions being, the buffalo, kudu, impala, eland, warthog,
leopard, giraffe, rhinoceros, zebra, and a whole lot more members of the wild
which you could see through game viewing/ game drives. Other activities include
guided walks, guided horse rides, arboretum walks, Bompst boat club and of
course the scenic view of the lake and mountains. One thing is for sure,
serenity resides in this place.
