Msinje Farm, Zimbabwe, a slice of bliss

Msinje farm is a place where troubles melt like lemon drops, it is the ideal destination for a weekend getaway with your loved ones. The farm is approximately 30 km outside of Harare CBD along Shamva road, the outdoor setup is just so beautifully manicured by a fresh green loan which just brings life to the place before you even embark on any activities. It is so spacious, and the air is as fresh as a daisy, ideal for picnics and braais. The entry fee is so affordable you can come in large numbers for celebrations, and you can bring a cooler box and snacks which are allowed in at no cost.

The best thing about this place is that you get to self-cater whilst in the company of numerous people, good vibes and beautiful scenery. You can either braai your own meat or pay the braai master to do it for you, there is several tour guides available to show you around or you can roam around by yourself, just don’t get lost. The highlight of this destination as trivial as it may sound is the big vivid red Ford classic truck displayed at the heart of the farm, it gives the classic old time farm vibes and is the perfect place to take pictures. If you are a reptile lover, the mini snake park is especially for you to explore the creepy crawlies, from tiny worm looking snakes to the ones that look like the ones in horror movies, you get to see them all!
