The nature of our business is to provide hospitality to our guests .It depends on the availability of leisure time and customer satisfaction .These includes lodging, food and beverages, and recreations .Lodging we will be accommodating guests for one or more nights It markets other market segments such as business travelers, long stay travelers, and special travelers i.e. people who work with the government. The food and beverage sector comprises of engaging in preparing meals, snacks and beverage for immediate consumption for on and off the premises. It provides food and customer service. The goal of recreation is to provide rest and refreshments to our guests, relaxing while enjoying their stay.  They offer 5 ensuite rooms  with air-conditioning and 2 standard rooms.

The objectives of Mamak is to provide personalized service using available resources to capture guests preferences in rooms ,amenities and other conveniences .Recalling a guest name –using it at check-in and throughout his stay-makes him feel comfortable and important while he is away from more familiar surroundings .Delivering customized service before a guest makes a request.

The objective of Mamak is to deliver fast, friendly and thoughtful service with relentless attention to detail. Hot food items on the breakfast table and coffee in the rooms are small things that can add value to the guest experience.    


Cleanliness 

Providing immaculate housekeeping throughout the lodges sets the bar high and challenges everyone on the staff to take responsibility for exceptional cleanliness .With this objective, everyone –from the chairman to the team-is responsible for picking up trash, straightening pictures and clearing room service trays left outside guest rooms. Instead of calling a house keeper ,the staff member who notices a smudged rest room mirror or an over flowing trash can assume the responsibility to either take of the situation himself or contact the appropriate department and follow through to ensure resolution of the situation.


Continuous Employee Training 

Dealing with guest demands , solving problems and handling complains require training in customer relations ,interpersonal communications ,problem resolutions and customer service. Management should offer continuous training to keep staff aware of new trends .Provide a high standard of services suitable for individuals seeking ,relaxing ,comfortable and memorable experiences in the hospitality and tourism industry .
