Heat Illness Tips
Heat illnesses , just like sunburn are caused owing to over exposure to the sun .Some of them include , heat stroke , fainting , heat edema, rash and cramps.
Symptoms to watch
out for heat illnesses :
1)
Headaches
2)
Decreased
urination with unusually dark yellow urine
3)
Nausea
and vomiting
4)
Extreme
thirst (dry mouth or sticky saliva)
Heat stroke is a medical emergency that needs to be
urgently addressed if experienced, call the nearest local emergency number
immediately.
It is advised that once you experience any of the
above you are to immediately move to a cool place and promptly drink liquids.
